I love going thru the drive thru for my fix of Maple latte usually cold. But the odd time hot with a shot of extra shot of espresso. I really enjoy the great service from Jordan when he is working he is always smiling, very professional, great service and just makes your day when he is working. Definitely a bonus when he is working. Not to forget the other staff who I have been served by before. They have all been wonderful and I am definitely not disappointed every time I drive up there.
Absolutely the best hot chocolate in town. Very creamy with a good chocolate flavour. The coffee is also excellent not bitter just a full coffee flavour.
If you’ve never been to this locally owned franchise before, you’ve missed out on the most fantastic customer service and genuine friendliness from the owner and staff. My friend is who is diabetic had questions and the ladies took the time to explain the what, how and ingredients with patience and clarity so that she got to make an informed decision about her purchase. Everyone working here seem to enjoy what they do and are more than willing to serve in a genuine and happy way. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but I will be a customer more often and highly recommend you check this Second Cup out Shay

First time here. Met the owner absolutely fantastic will be back whenever we are in St. Albert
I moved to St Albert beginning of November and this location is walking distance from my home. It is my go-to coffee shop, but not only because of the location. The location is on a corner lot with beautiful windows all around that let in natural light, which is great. The cherry on top is the staff: The staff are incredible! I've been to a few other Second Cups around the city since moving here but this location is far superior. More often than not, the staff will deliver my drink directly to me at the table. Plus, they *ALWAYS* give me the discount for having my own cup (not everywhere does, surprisingly). Keep doing what you're doing!
I went here for my 1st time this weekend both Busy Days Sat and Sunday and the customer service was TOP NOTCH! smiles, taking time to explain to me A FEW items... NAVAEH and GRETTA you 2 are ROCK STARS and could teach other places customer Service... I really APPRECIATE your PROFFESSIONALISM and after calling in today talking to the Owner TINA.... I see why this place is so well put together. She has An incredible caring attitude and appreciates you guys as much as us customers appreciate you! I will be back because every store should be like this P.s. My London Fog was incredible! Best I ever had at A Second Cup! My pecan bar heated up..Omg and The Ham and Cheese Sandwich heated up was Amazing! Thankyou again.
